FirstImpressions Design Group LLC values your business and respects your privacy. The only third party suppliers that we may disclose information to are those who may be working directly with us in developing your website. These third party suppliers include, but are not limited to our merchant service processor and gateway, photographers, graphic designers, copywriters, and specialized code developers. We will never sell your information for the purpose of third party advertising, or for another companies promotional purposes. We may use your information to contact you concerning new trends in website technology and to keep you informed of new services or specials we may offer. Refund Policy

First Impressions Design Group LLC will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with the work you recieve. Because of this we do not offer any refunds on deposits or any other service that we provide. Our pricing is kept at a very competitive level, and our agreements are written so that they are explicit in describing the service we will be providing. Please read your agreement carefully and notify us if you have any questions before we start working for you. In the event that additional work is desired for a particular project, we will provide an addendum to the agreement and make any adjustments to the contracted amount. All contracted work requires a 50% deposit for work to start. In the event that final total is less than the initial hourly estimate or original contracted amount, that amount will be deducted from the final payment due not to exceed the amount of the original deposit.
